The "EMCO Ripoff" I am also a former employee, I resigned within the past few years. I as well was promised a larger hourly rate than I actually received, i.e. $12/hr difference. The IT Department is run by a man that knows absolutlely nothing about current technology and frequently goes to his EMPLOYEES for advice on how to handle situations. Upper Management is EVEN WORSE. admin I find the other two reviews a little suspect and belive they are most likely written by someone who got canned for poor performance.
From an Employees Point of View If you like a steady job, promised salary amount, then do not work for EMCO. They hired me in as a Networking Specialist at 65k Yearly, and from the very first day, they had me working on repariing printers at minimal per hour pay. These guys are a hoax and the PC Shop is OVERCHARGING the customers by 300%! Future customers of EMCO, please do your research before committing to them , and get bids beforehand. EMCO will underbid anyone just to get the contract, but they do not have the LOCAL man... read more
