Scammers!!!! Be warned if I can give Zero stars I would, I called in to get a price they quoted me for some plumbing parts “Eric” helped me out and said he will take care of me WELL HE SURE DID!!!!!! I explained I’ll send my employee to pick it up and they did later end of work day I’m going through paper work and see the bill for about $1800!!!! I was quoted $1100 !!! On phone I called back they said I would be charged 25% restocking fee! I called other company and another Emco they all came back at $980-$1200 taxes in !!!.... read more

If you have Andrew helping you, be prepared to explain yourself multiple times, he doesn't listen well.
i have always had good dealing exp. with Grant S.; def. knowledgeable and personable - a prof. people's person; He recently intro. me to Mike who will help me if Grant is away. I am not a plumber so i visit them every 3-5 yrs at the most getting inserts/cartridges for the faucets. The thought was great and appreciated.
Emco is always my first choice, and this location is no exception :) I’ve been coming here for years now and they have some of the best staff for a plumbing supplier in the city, they always save the day for me.
