I called them twice once in November to try to schedule a service appointment for the spring and NEVER received a call in April as promised so I called in May because I know it gets busy. The lady that answered the phone was very RUDE I believe her name was Carolyn I simply asked her if I could get a scheduled appointment she said "I don't see where we have ever come out to your home meanwhile there is a company sticker on my unit with (Emco's) name on it that's why I reached out because im the new owner. New lawn renovation this summer… EMCO installed a new 7 zone residential irrigation system. Clean install done in a day and a half, they didn’t beat my property up, everything works great… good coverage, no dry spots. Excellent customer service, early on I had a small issue with my backflow preventer spitting water from its relief vent, Catherine had a tech right out during their busy season to remove what I assume was a bit of debris from the BFP and rectify the issue. Technician arrived and efficiently diagnosed the issue and completed the repair very quickly and was very neat in his work. Very professional and knowledgeable! I have been a client for many years.
