Technician arrived and efficiently diagnosed the issue and completed the repair very quickly and was very neat in his work. Very professional and knowledgeable! I have been a client for many years.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I call and call for my turn on service and I just get the complete run around. Once, the tech missed his time slot entirely - no showed us. Then, they sent somebody out for my "turn on" service but he refused to finish the job because I didn't have the right app. I had just moved so I asked what app I needed and that I'd happily get it, and he didn't know. Made a misogynist comment like "usually the husband just does it." Said he couldn't finish the job and left. Totally curt, rude, and unprofe... read more
