Terrible, place doesn't sell plumbing stuff anymore. Don't go there!!!
The product returned to EMCO and money never credited back to us. Each time when I approach to them, always told me that it had not processed and we need to … not a reliable company to do business with. Owned us $334.88 for 5 months now Sales agent never returned phone call , text message and email .
Probably the worst wholesaler branch in EMCOs Arsenal. If you can avoid this one and go to Richmond do it. **I'm not who does the training at this location for sales but they need to be trained themselves or replaced** Edit: its gotten worse. 2/3 inside sales reps have zero idea what plumbing is. To any plumbers please avoid this emco branch at all costs. Im doing you a favor.
