Not good process
One of worst process of refund I have ever seen, I had visit 2 times and 6 phone call for manager approval for the refund and in-spite of that there is a restocking fees up to 25% just imagine they would charge restocking fees for a anode rod, which I had to return because they didnt had the bigger rod for my water heater . The rod given was not the correct size . Just raising awareness and also please improve the refund process.
