I've had consistently poor experiences with EMCO, and after giving them multiple chances, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I am a plumber in the city have tried to use emco on multiple occasions however every time I call, the staff act as if they have no time for me, which is frustrating when you're trying to get parts for a job or to get more information on a product that they sell.
