I recently visited the EMCO Foothills branch to obtain a warranty-covered Bradford White gas control valve. I was required to pay for the replacement part upfront, with the understanding that the cost would be refunded once I returned the defective gas control valve. When I returned with the faulty part, I was disappointed by the lack of assistance from Bonny. Great experience! First visit today, and the staff were very helpful and kind.
Great experience with Sunny! He was literally sunshine in my day! Helped me right away! Calmly, and a totally charming person to deal with, when I had no idea what i was getting! Looking forward to my next visit. I will definitely go through Emco for any plumbing needs!
