The staff are always so cheery and helpful. The atmosphere is light. There is always coffee on and soft music in the air. This is by far my favorite store.
Austin was extremely helpful. We had a hard to find element and wrench for a specific hot water tank, and he put in the extra work to find the parts we needed. Thanks!
A good in-store experience went south when the sink we bought was delayed. It only got to VI Granite in time for them to template because we called. When the countertop installers brought the sink it didn’t have the rack for the bottom. When the rack came in to EMCO we weren’t called for weeks. Tired of waiting, we called and they said yes it was there. I’m not sure if they would ever have called us. Unfortunately by this time the sink had scratches from regular use.
