Nice showroom with lots to examine. Lots of higher end brands so a different category than the big box stores. Jake was helpful and honest providing recommendations with what he knew and said he would get back to me with what he didn't. He did a great job and provided quick and thorough quotes.
I purchased a faucet without an option for exchange. If I knew this store is charging restocking fee of 25% I would definitely buy it at different store. I will never purchase anything at Emco store again.
Cody was an exceptional salesmen.Very attentive, thoughtful, and highly knowledgeable in his field. Cody answered all my questions with patience and professionalism.
