We manage several townhomes. EMCO Mechanical allows us to keep our tenants happy and our accounts in the black -- even when multiple ACs go out in July. Every time I have to call, they are prompt, professional, and have our homes up and running with complete diagnosis, explanations and solutions! From refrigerant top-offs to drain line sump pumps, EMCO does it all and educates me in the process!
Tony is one of the greatest guys I've ever worked with. Between the professionalism and his ability to work well with seniors is impressive. As long as it is an option EMCO will be a part of our facility.
