The customer service is great
If your a contractor, don't deal with these people. I purchased a part from them and marked the price up when I sold it to a customer. The customer, a homeowner called Emco, and they told the customer my cost on the part. I then had to argue with the customer about the price I charged him. Any reputable wholesaler does not give homeowners pricing. They protect there contractors. This is why Emco is one of the bottom feaders of the HVAC industry.
