Would give them less than 1 star if it would let me. Terrible to talk to on the phone, not willing to help. Wouldn’t recommend to try at all. Honestly don’t know how they are still in business.
Asked them to custom order a vent cover for a job. The guy at the front took the measurements off the old damaged vent cover we were trying to replace, and said he could order the new one for us. Came back a few weeks later when the order came in, we measured the vent, and it was clearly the wrong size. Guy at the front said “we couldn’t order the other size”. They hate their job and it shows.
Rude and unhelpful service. Won’t be dealing here again.
