Asked them to custom order a vent cover for a job. The guy at the front took the measurements off the old damaged vent cover we were trying to replace, and said he could order the new one for us. Came back a few weeks later when the order came in, we measured the vent, and it was clearly the wrong size. Guy at the front said “we couldn’t order the other size”. They hate their job and it shows.
Rude and unhelpful service. Won’t be dealing here again.
Gary was super helpful and good to deal with on a new furnace put me into exactly what I was looking for would recommend.
