I’ve dealt with Adam and his team for years, and they’ve been consistently reliable. Whether it’s a good day, a bad day, or handling things on a solo day, they always come through with the materials I need, right when I need them, and with genuine personal service. Rude insufferable employees who cannot bother to treat you with respect. Nor will they respect your time. This is why people are chosing to shop with NEXT. Emco employees are laughable. No courtesy no respect no urgency. And EVERYONE KNOWS AND FEELS IT. My Last visit - this big girl dismissivly threw my receipt down on the counter- not addressing me nit placing the paper in my hands or allowing me to receive the papers normally/kindly.
