Always treated as if i'm the most important customer. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Nolan and the counter staff go out of their way to make each transaction stress free. Last visit, I needed a unique item to finish off a project, and Nolan found the part in the "special inventory" and gave it to me a "no charge". That's how you say.....customer service!!!!
