Mike at EMCO is awesome! I was having issues in locating a part that would fit an assisted flushing system for my toilet. No one, including the manufacturer was interested in helping me. Within a few minutes of my walking into the warehouse Mike had located the part online and determined that the design had changed which was why I was having trouble finding a part that would fit. I will never shop there again and I don't recommend it to anyone. We purchased a soap dispenser that was in stock and asked if it was returnable if it didn't fit. We were told, yes but the packaging needs to be replaced in pristine condition. When we returned it in pristine condition, we were told we needed to pay a restocking fee of 15%. This was a stock item not a special order and this was outrageous. I felt ripped off and misled!
