One of employees was rude and when I told manager, his words was if you don’t like it go somewhere else .. like leader like his employees..

The store manager was annoyed at my inquiry to purchase furnace parts for a colman furnace and then walked away as I am trying to talk to him. I tell everyone I know so as to spare them the disappointment.
Trish, Alex, Justin and all the staff at EMCO FSJ, I am impressed by the ROYAL treatment I was treated as a customer, Trish arranged to call the manufacturer for the part, gave an exact time when the part will arrive and called immediately when the part arrived to EMCO, Thank you so much, I am grateful and impressed by the professionalism and the way the employees and the company do business, thanks all and special thanks to Tirsh, this is truly a place to do business!
