I came in as a DIYer doing a bathroom renovation. The older lady behind the desk wouldn’t give me the time of day. Came in another time and was able to talk to a guy that answered a few questions and sold me the right stuff.

These guys are supply chain hacks. I ordered a $10k list of products for my bathroom reno and then they pretty well ghosted me. I had to interact directly with the 3rd party shipping company to get updates on the location of my critical items for my job and then once the pressure was off, Emco didn't call again. Here I am, a month into my project, and I'm still waiting for updated ETAs on critical items. I'll have trades standing around and the customer service at this location is pretty much non existent. Trevor is the best counter sales guy! One of the best Emco’s around the lower mainland to deal with.
I'm having problems with my leaking kitchen faucet. Received excellent customer service from Evan Harding who was knowledgable and very helpful by providing numerous options.
