Big shoutout to the team at Emco. First of all, the information we recieved via email from Breeana was crystal clear and perfectly presented, CHECK. The worse service ever. Sales associate gave me speech on how she doesn’t know how to answer any of my questions because she’s only been with the company for 3 years and that they have change me their system in 2022 and she can’t even look up my previous order to see that says ten would be compatible with my old one purchased at EMCO Thanks for nothing! You did not actually disappoint As I was walking out she yelled” have a good way” Defensive and passive aggressive people there
