As a plumbing business owner who deals with emco on occasion im shocked to here this branch is charging a re-stocking fee to return items. This may not seem big to a huge corporation but I know each branch is individually owned. There are other businesses in the area who sell the same product at the same rates or cheaper such as wholesly, robinson, bartle and Gibson, kasa supply and others right down the road. Amazing! The entire crew helped with a very important project. The manager has expert knowledge on residential & commercial fixtures. The front counter team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in sourcing and building the project material. I also have to commend the warehouse team as they diligently worked to deliver my project material on time and with 100% accuracy. I will continue to buy from Emco and support this team. They put customer service first above all else.
The staff in the show room are very rude. Go to Amre instead.
A Kohler supplier that does not carry the repair thermostatic mixing part to Kohler tub & shower faucets tried to push a repair kit that is double the cost with an unneeded part.
