A Kohler supplier that does not carry the repair thermostatic mixing part to Kohler tub & shower faucets tried to push a repair kit that is double the cost with an unneeded part.
Staff is not helpful, the store looks like a warehouse with no showroom. The young fellow at the counter was rude, not interested in searching for the product I asked for and even suggested I should try at other places which carry the same products like EMCO. He was very supportive of the competition, the type of employee who can ruin a business.
Exceptional service, one of my preferred plumbing suppliers in the city. Ivan, Spencer, Hassan and Jeff consistently exceed expectations, always ready to go the extra mile. Keep up the excellent work!
