I used EMCO to order parts for my bath and shower upgrade. After visiting a different supply store in town, armed with no plumbing experience and my measurements, I was given little customer service and the wrong information. I wasted a lot of time researching for parts that wouldn't work. I showed up at EMCO frustrated with the same measurements, and was given excellent customer service. Drove 100 km today and they were closed. Google listing said it was open, answering machine message said nothing about being closed today only way to tell they were closed was a piece of paper on the door. Very frustrating. Thanks for nothing. Part ordered from Amazon, so easy and cheap compared to the price I paid for the same part from Emco a year ago
