I checked in at 8 am. I've been here now 1 hour 15 minutes. My trailer had no movement inside so I went to find out what was going on. One of the members in the shipping department tells me that everyone had some ceremony to go to. But for that hour and 15 minutes he decided NOT to come and inform me of this This is the rudest place I've been to and they don't know how to communicate to drivers any issues that involves unloading that may delay them from leaving.

Check in on commonwealth for delivery, go around the building then left on martin lither king rd,, back in from ml king street itself.. plenty of space.. busy street… they shut down at 5.. come before 4:30 for delivery…
