Manager Steve doesn’t have the slightest clue about customer service. Arrogant, Rude and incompetent. These people told me the water softener I was trying to purchase was too big for my home and our current well water situation they Delayed process by 24hrs to try and “Ensure” I was buying the right product. So helpful and friendly. They helped me find a replacement part for my toilet in about 2 minutes flat, and were very kind and charming
I needed a 6 inch pipe to feed an IBC tote. They had a 6 inch sewer pipe that did the trick. I am now able to fill water from the Gwynne water station. The staff even cut the pipe for me.
