Kristen & Trixia were very patient and helpful in explaining the nuanced differences between the Trane furnaces. Felt like the what they shared was both competent and balanced. Owner of piper mechanical. I will not use this branch ever again over the years the additude from sales and counter people is horrendous, aggressive and frustrating. Not only is prices high and there no negotiation from sales petson when they mess up they start giving additude and excuses and get quiet aggressive in tone and body language. I will be phoning my emco rep and reporting this branch. Emco chinnok ask for rick or emco main branch ask for ron.
