Great friendly service and good selection of materials and tools
They need to hire staff with experience and can speak ENGLISH. This is very bad for our industry.
One place one stop they got it all. Rick and his team of young and highly motivated coworkers know the in outs of the trade and have the right fitting for every plumbing gas fitting or heating issue. More the ones in the past they offered know how and went above and beyond to source out and organize the most unusual parts, equipment or finish on fixtures.
Best plumbing supply place in the city, hands down. Everyone there is super knowledgeable and friendly, and orders are always ready to go almost immediately. We order a ton of supplies for work and Emco Chinook is always the preferred spot among myself and other staff members.
Ive been a professional plumber here in Calgary for over 23 years. The EMCO chinook branch is my go to supplier for my mechanical needs. The staff excels at this EMCO, from the general manger Rick, to the inside sales and upfront counter staff, the service is exceptional. Alex, Jordan, Emma, Tim, Jamison and Jake are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly on the counter. They take stress off my business with their consistent help.
