Impossible to get in touch with. They open after I already go to work and close before I get home so it is impossible to have any kind of tech support. Contacted several times. Was told that a technical support person would contact me within 15 minutes. Never heard back from them. Contacted them again and was told the same thing and once again never got a call back. All personnel were professional,knowledgeable and caring. Install was quick and efficient. Monitor responds quickly.
The technician was ahead of time. He was very professional and explained what was being done and also pointed out the wire in door that is being replaced to make me aware of it. Very pleased with the work and EMC overall.
