Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He repaired our system very quickly.
Rude unprofessional customer service! We pay for monitoring but any time our alarm has gone off, nobody has ever called to verify everything is OK! But yet they charge you for it!
I love the alarm system. But having to wait two weeks for a technician to service my alarm system which is not working at all is ridiculous. Update: I was a little upset but you guys made it right. A representative called and was able to get a technician out the same day, Thank you so much! Mark is an incredible technician!
