The issue has been resolved but there is something that is bothering me. I was not told of the $75 trip charge. If I was informed of this beforehand I might not have had anyone come out. Other than the noise being annoying the system by all accounts was working. The tech told us that the system was ok but would change out the sensor if we wanted for $50, that’s when we found out about the trip charge. I have had the best experience with EMC thus far. Each time I needed assistance the techs, Mr. Todd and Mr. Bobby were phenomenal. They told me about services I wasn’t aware. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, EMC, for putting together such an amazing team. Additionally, I did not have to wait a long time for a technician to resolve my issues.
