Updating my review- company reached out first thing Monday and offered a refund and a free makeup class. I understand miscommunication can happen, as a business offering weekend services there should definitely be a person that is reachable on days when services are offered (in case of emergencies), or at least a phone number where the instructor can be reached prior to the class, again in case of emergency. I did ACLS with them at my hospital. I passed the hands on and the exam. I did all the required pre course work. Only for them to write to me AFTER that one of the pre courses I did was not what they wanted (even though it was the acls precourse class). I will never use them again. EDIT TO ADD: To the owner, that was a technical issue. I showed you screen shots of the COMPLETED course and assessment. I did the hands on. I did the test in person. This place deserves more recognition. I usually have a hard time learning sometimes because most teachers don't ask questions or just give you the information, but in fact, I have never felt so relieved to be in a class my whole life. My teacher, Daniella, was exceptional.
