Terrible experience dealing with this insurance company. After filing a claim, they told me they would get back to me within 24 hours. I never heard from them again. I called multiple times in the following days, left multiple voicemails directly for the agent I had spoken with, and even left messages with the receptionist that were supposed to be relayed to the agent. They don't pay for workmans comp claims. The claims supervisor, maureen waller, screens her calls and will not answer. We got through one time calling from a different phone number and she quickly ended the call. It's been 2 months and not a single check. How are we supposed to keep our house and pay our bills when my husband is injured and physically can't work? We can't afford a lawyer. This has been a nightmare!!

Worst insurance company ever. I have spent thousands of dollars with them with zero claims. It takes up to 5 days to receive a return call back from the underwriters. They are just like gangsters. Their attitude is “screw you, pay me”. I would give zero stars if I could. Buyer beware.
