Update: call center was very helpful! Working to get our issues resolved. They do NOT do commercial insurance. DOT will drop you. They took our money. Never finished documents for UCR or MC. Thank goodness we never had to file a claim. We canceled and never got our money back.
Apparently, they drop drivers off your commercial plan that have a 2 point parking lot fender bender. Good luck finding drivers with these guys when they just disqualified 99 percent of them. I talked to their competitors and the laugh and say these guys are fly by night shakedown artists! Do not use them!
Bad service
One of the companies EMC insures flooded my house after a swamp cooler repair. I filed the initial claim on June 27, and it's now October 11 and I'm STILL fighting with them on reimbursement for damages. I finally got the first of two checks yesterday, but it took 3 months for my contractor and I of dealing with their unresponsiveness and fighting.
