They adjusted my claim with false information claiming they "looked up average cost" when we use premium products. I'm hoping this get resolved soon because it's not a good look.
Truly an unforgettable experience so far . Every step of the claims process was a new surprise—mostly involving delays, confusion, and the occasional lost paperwork. It takes a special kind of dedication to make injured workers feel even worse. If you’re into long waits, lack of communication, and feeling like a burden for needing help after an injury, this is the insurance provider for you!
EMC is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever heard of. Honestly u get a lawyer, if h get stuck with them! Stay away from this company!
Very greedy company. 5 years in business, never filed a claim, EMC found an opportunity to try and take thousands of dollars from me and my small business for no good reason! We immediately cancelled and are still dealing with their attorney/debt collector “brennan & clark.” I switched to Erie insurance who welcomed me despite all the reasons EMC used to try and steal money from my business. Erie is a great and reasonable for small businesses. DO NOT USE EMC INSURANCE!
HORRIBLE buisness. If I could do 0 stars I would but that’s not an option unfortunately. they charge way to much for small businesses just to take more money. would not trust this business at all. Don’t waste your time here find a different company that really values you.
