It took 46 days after the incident to get to talk to anyone. Now we are nearing 2 months after they agreed to settle the case and still no results. They never answer their phones and never return the call after leaving a message to them. I am now having to file a formal complaint with the TEXAS DEPT. OF INSURANCE in Austin, Texas.

This is a horrible place to work or use for business. They discriminate over disabilities and are so unprofessional

This is what is wrong with the world. Good companies and good people pay this company for insurance. My guess is that these folks use a discount insurance company because it is what they can afford. In my case Atwood's in Paris TX uses them, and Atwood's was one of my favorite stores and I have spent thousands of dollars with them. Unfortunately they use EMC insurance and I had to file a small claim for damages to my vehicle caused by their negligence. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was backed into by one of their insured and had to repeatedly call the claim adjuster to get him to even talk to me &, once he did he took my statement, stopped the official recording then immediately said they were denying coverage and closing the case. This without ANY due diligence of calling the witness or requesting the video footage from the store-NOTHING. We were in shock at how rude & unprofessional he was & he hung up on us.
