If i could gice zero stars, i would. My vehicle was hit while it was parked by a client of EMC, i called to make the claim and my agent "Jeremy r." Called, had me do a photo estimate, asked if i had a shop in mind which i told him i did not due to being new in the area. He offered zero help and sent out a check for the "estimated repair cost" which didnt even include the biggeet part of my repair (my led headlight) which was visible in the photos. The check was for $2500....and at the end of the day total repairs were $6664.... read more
Genuinely terrible
They treat their clients like garbage. I had my insurance with them for about 6 years. The way they communicate, billing, everything, treats you like you are a nuisance and a problem. Feels like going to the county treasurer to pay your taxes. Never again.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC COMPANY. — I’m not even the client of them but got hit by a county vehicle… they are crooks and refuse to respond to anyone in regards to anything just to screw you over one more time..
Very bad service. I've tried calling the adjusters, their supervisor, left 3-4 messages and no call back. I'm hoping this get's someone's attention so I can get a call back.
