I had a wonderful experience at Endodontic & Microsurgery Center in Katy, Texas. I came in for a possible root canal—and I won't lie, I was very nervous about it. However, from the moment I arrived, Amy, the receptionist, greeted me with a warm smile and genuine care that immediately put me at ease. She was very patient and answered all my questions, instilling confidence in their professionalism. Everyone was so sweet, compassionate and professional. The treatment was excellent. Thorough examination and clear explanation of procedure. Very little discomfort afterwards. Very nice follow up from Amy. I received STAR treatment!!!
Kinda disappointed. I was asked to take my watch off for an X-ray. After I couldn’t find my watch, I used the tracking software. It was at EMC as the last movement. I called and asked at least twice to talk to one of the doctors. But only the front counter woman would speak to me, saying they don’t have it. I KNOW it was there, because it did stick out in my head that I had not worn it in a while, and wanted to look nice since I was going somewhere. You can see in the photos below. . Excelente atención y servicio
Dr. Mendez and her staff were amazing. I saw her for a root canal consult and then did my procedure. Both visits were easy and stress free. I always have bad anxiety going to the dentist. Everyone at EMC was great and made me feel comfortable. They were not judgmental and were very gentle with everything. Getting a root canal with this staff was a far better experience I’ve ever had just going to the dentist for a cleaning or a cavity. I highly recommend.
