Michael Thom spent several hours unraveling many mysteries in our old-house wiring. He was professional, courteous and explained what he was doing along the way, seeking approval for recommended changes and making his visit a very collaborative experience. He also bonded with our dog (which told me a lot) and he replaced bad GFCI’s & rerouted wiring - and labeling everything, undoing several areas of non code-compliant electrical work.
