2026 - UPDATE - Still a joke, Customer service is horrific. can't even get a fix done, 4 technicians, and still not resolved, sent a replacement 2 promise delivery date, and still not delivered. this has to be the worst customer service i have ever experienced, why did I even bother with this useless company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUBBISH!!! 2024 - What a JOKE!, Sent me a used laptop, difficulties trying to get the return sorted and it has been more than 3 weeks and still awaiting for the refund.
