We have gone to this location multiple times to get tested and usually its fine I got 1 test back and wanted to know about the other two the girl that answered the phone Natalia was rude as heck and condescending if thats what the customer service is like no thanks I will just use a different place from now on
Arrived at the testing site around 9pm on a Monday night a few hours ahead of the scheduled appt time, anticipating a wait based on other reviews. There were only about two dozen cars in line and we cruised right through all the cones right up to the person handing out swabs. They're doing self-administered swabs now, which was fairly easy (they provide a video in the confirmation text and also by QR code in the drive-thru lanes). Staff was friendly and helpful.
