Tried to get a refill for over a month. Easy task. Left dozens of voicemails throughout. Issue is still not resolved. Impossible to get a hold of. Not even sure if JoEllen is still running this practice at this point.

It's crazy how much I've learned over the years that I was wrongfully treated here when I had a iud placed. Writing a review YEARS later to hopefully prevent 1 someone going though what I went though and 2 hoping this place never gets to treat another woman like that again. Not surprising to see all the bad reviews... this place is a joke. Womens Healthcare is clearly not their priority.

The worst human resource department I’ve ever had to communicate with. they wrongfully sent a bill to collections and did not try to help me resolve the issue, thankfully the collection agency that was reaching out to me to pay the bill fixed the issue and removed that inquiry from my account.
