I went to them to purchase a CPAP machine and supplies in Feb. 2020, and everyone was very nice to deal with at first. One of the forms they asked me to sign had a monthly renewal of CPAP supplies that would be paid for by my insurance company each month (She stated this and it was on the form she handed me.). I stated I did not want to sign for a monthly supply-renewal.
