We have had the pleasure of dealing with Portia in ENA law office and I couldn't ask for better service. My father had a case, which their law office fought for him as a workers comp case. All these years later, as the Employer started giving us a difficult time with authorizations for prescriptions and procedure's, we went to Portia at ENA law firm because my father was falling behind on prescriptions and would have gone without medications because he had become so frustrated. I was referred here by another attorney that was well aquatinted with the attorneys at this facility. Long story short I asked for a phone counseltation and Maria said that wasn’t possible because I had to sign paperwork. She than called me “ Mam” I asked her if she just called me “ mam” and she said “ im sorry I thought you said you were a female”. Never once did I say that nor do I sound like a female. Avoid these attorneys at all cost. They shouldn’t have people like Maria representing there company.
