I normally do not write reviews. However, I feel this should be said so others are aware. DO NOT let there 5 star review or glamorous office setting fool you. I retained this firm after my severe car accident & for a family law matter. At first, everyone was super friendly, I thought they had mine & my special needs son’s in the BEST interest. WRONG! I would recommend Darren Embry if you want a lawyer who ignores everything you say, treats facts like opinions when it benefits their agenda, treats their opinions like facts, ignores relevant laws, will support billing you as much as possible while doing as little work as possible, as that was my experience with him.
I had a amazing experience with an associate at this law firm. His name is Rece Carter. My family and I had a not so easy common law case to handle and Rece handled everything efficiently and with great knowledge. We couldn't be more pleased. Thanks to him the burdens I had have been lifted. He did an amazing job. Thanks so much! We will definitely use your firm in the future if we need to, because of Rece.
Currently still in the probate process, but they've been great to work with and helped with unexpected challenges recently.
Your attorney will leave the firm and no one will tell you for 6 months until you need to setup a meeting to have a legal custody matter handled then spend 3 weeks referring you to another attorney that will never get back with you.
