When my husband passed we had not made prior arrangements. My family has always used Ratterman so I made the phone call From that call to the day of the memorial I couldn’t have asked for better service. Lisa was there for me every step of the way. I had several people comment on how nice the memorial was.

Grant Embry was a great help to me when my sister-in-law passed. I was her guardian and he helped me with making her arrangements as she had wanted. He was also very helpful and kind in filing for the insurance benefits. The funeral home has reached out since her passing to check on me to see how I was doing. They have helped to make a hard situation a little easier.

There are not enough words to describe the excellent service we received from Ratterman Embry Bosse Funeral Home. Grant had helped me and my Mom pre-arrange her funeral several years ago. When the time came in December, Grant was right there to see to everything. Every staff member we came in contact with was just wonderful. They were so caring and respectful of not only my Mom's wishes, but also mine. Embry Bosse has served my family well on multiple occasions. The services have always been impeccable and appropriate. They have given great support afterwards with filing for insurance and death certificates. Grant Embry has been particularly helpful to me in planning my own pre-need arrangements.
