Poor customer service, disappointed all the way around.
They are closed. Didn't say a word to anyone online and just wasted time to walk from home to talk to them. I don't know how long they've been closed but there's even a for rent sign on the building.
Came at specified time. Two man crew. Had the part needed. Fixed my dryer in less than 45 minutes. I didn't have to tear up my kitchen for the repair and they set all back to rights when finished. Polite and personable. Reasonable fee.
