Unreliable! I started getting weight loss shots which I paid for up front. After the 2nd shot, it took me driving there 3 times and numerous calls to get my next shot. After that, I have never been able to get in contact with anyone. I requested a refund of the remaining balance and was told I would receive in a few days. That was over 1 month ago. Beware and I definitely would not pay up front. I will be contacting other parties to see what my next step will be.
