I can't get a hold of anyone phone numbers don't work website doesn't work. I leave a message and nobody calls me back. I showed up for an appointment that location isn't even there anymore. The confirmation email has the wrong address to go to. I have Botox that's banked with EMBRY and I can't use it because I can't seem to get a hold of anybody to find out where to go and get the services.

I purchased an IPL facial from Groupon back in December.. I’ve tried calling at least 10+ times.. i’ve left 4-5 voicemails.. I’ve emailed them.. no one ever answers. I’m convinced this place is a scam… thank you for taking my money…..

I received an email for a last-minute appointment yesterday, saying that I would get 20% off. I made the appointment online, showed up today at the scheduled time and the place is dark and closed down and vacant. Nice!!!
