I have never had such a terrible experience purchasing a vehicle. I had been searching for a Ford Edge for over a year to replace my existing one. I had finally found "the one" at Embrun Ford. Not only was I duped into believing I was getting a better interest rate than what was agreed upon, NOTHING (and I mean NOTHING) was done to the vehicle other than new tires upon delivery.
