I had a disappointing experience with the financing process at Ford Embrun. When I inquired about loan approval, I was told I had to purchase GAP insurance as a mandatory requirement from the bank. However, when I asked to see written proof or the actual loan approval condition sheet, I was not provided with any documentation to support this claim.
