I've been a customer of theirs for years. Sad to say that the level of service has deteriorated since Kevin took over. He seems in over his head with the volume of work and plethora of appointments.
I cannot recommend Embrun Auto Tech enough! I brought my car in to diagnose an annoying undercarriage rattle, and their team diagnosed the issue immediately. It turned out being a damaged dust shield. Instead of trying to upsell me or take advantage of the situation, they were completely honest and upfront, fixing the issue quickly and affordably.
