Amazing Customer Service
Great embroidery and customer service.
I became a customer to Nancy, during my pregnancy last year while getting several things monogrammed. She listened to what I wanted, helped me pick some colors and I was out the door. She is attentive and thorough and her work is wonderful. I appreciate the customer relationship we have created, and plan to visit her often for my many monogramming needs.
Don’t order anything online. They state that it’s not set up for orders yet there is clearly a site, my money is gone, I received a confirmation email yet they’re clueless. Needed them for an upcoming trip now I’m out the money and the items with no time left to order form somewhere else. Awesome.
Best people you can work with and the best prices for quality work for the small business. Will def do business again.
