Steve the owner is the most incompetent business owner I have ever encountered. I was a loyal customer for two years for some stupid reason. He messed up every single order. (over $3000 in orders in two years). I would repeat order the same things and the font was always different sizes and colors. I am pretty relaxed about things so never really made a huge deal about it. He always says a week and a half to two weeks. And it always ended up being 6-8 weeks. I sent an email to Steve and I believe he is the owner of this business. I was inquiring about embroidery he replied one time then after never received any other response. I wonder how this business stay open with no customer service?
