The machine came incomplete. It had mismatched hoop supports of different lengths. The table that is part of the machine and not an option had not arrived 3 weeks after initial delivery. It has been re - crated, and the transaction canceled through my cc company. They can pick it up or not, but I am not paying for it. These people are clowns.
Been having my multi head butterfly embroidery machine for 6.5 months. It's a 4 head machine. The machine hasn't been able to run all 4 heads since the first week the machine was delivered. Customers SUCKS!! I have been waiting on parts since 8-30-18 it's now 2019 still no parts. I've left several messages and no one ever gets back with me.

Very good experience. Bought a used machine and had issues after taking the machine. They’ve gone above and beyond to assist me with all issues and questions Ive had. They’ve continued to follow-up as well.
