Great team awesome service
House of Brands makes it extremely hard to work with them. As a franchisee, I would like samples of products so I can touch and feel what I'm buying before ordering in bulk. HoB does not send samples unless you pay for them - even unprinted. Even when I offered to send them back, the answer was no. In addition, they charge a lot for shipping and they charge you a 3% card payment fee for online orders. This is just unacceptable in today's world.
