Be very careful when you’re explaining your embroidery instructions both items I was having embroidered were embroidered on the wrong side and one of them was actually embroidered backwards, so the back of the embroidery is actually on the front. Response: Unless you can remove the embroidery, which I’m very much sure you cannot there’s nothing you could do. There were two bunnies both were embroidered completely opposite sides of the ears so quality control is lacking and I paid $36 and you’re telling me how hard it is for ... read more

I like the quality of work that was done for some Christmas items (stockings) I had embroidered. The items were completed early and they turned out great.
