This was my second time using them. Upon entering store one foot in the door I received Hi, can I help you? I didn't see the person speaking. One worker was leaving. I felt like what do u want and why are you here? The product looked nice just costly beyond my expectation since the previous purchased item was almost the same. Felt high cost. It was not a good atmosphere and totally done with them.
Customer service is almost a thing of the past. With our demand for instant results via the internet this shop stands out from the rest with the care and service from the moment you walk in. I had some embroidery work done on a shirt and the level of service and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations!! What a find to have a shop such as this. Keep up the great work.
