Manager was very rude. I went to return a purse that was not used only to find out they have a 2 week return policy. I explained that i did not know that because it was a gift. Basically, all I got from the manager was sorry there is nothing he could do. I did tell him I did not want any money back I only wanted to exchange it for something I would use.
